Thank you for shopping at L&D Novelties! Our "custom" products are "printed on demand." Normally the "handling time" for prepping and processing of your order may take 1-3 business days before the order is actually shipped. Once the order is processed, we anticipate that your order will arrive within 6-10 business days, though some items may take slightly longer depending on changes in "peak" seasonal shipping time-frames, which are beyond our company's control (i.e, most major Holidays).
We are sorry but we DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
Bundle Items Shipping
Please note: Our Bundle Items will be shipped from multiple locations within the Continental US. Therefore, you may receive items in separate shipments and on different delivery dates.
Accordingly, we appreciate your patience and do apologize for any inconvenience to you if and whenever there are short shipping delays. Estimated delivery dates will be presented during checkout. We ship via major carriers to any continental U.S destination. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship at an additional fee.
Our customer’s 100% satisfaction is our first and foremost priority. Each item we select meets our strict standards for workmanship and design. Before any item ships from our facility, we make sure it passes a final inspection for quality and accuracy. Since all of our customized products are made to order, we can’t offer exchanges or refunds unless there is something wrong with that/those products. If the item(s) arrives damaged during shipment or has a defect, we require that you email us within 5 days of the delivery. Please contact us at email@example.com and we will work to get you a replacement.
We do not accept any returns after 30 days from ship date.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the ship date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, item(s) must be returned in NEW, UNUSED, UNWORN, and UNALTERED condition, and free of damages by the customer. Item(s) must also be returned to us in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING that item(s) was/were received by you in. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect it/them and will notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and will provide details on the approval status of your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
If your return is approved for a refund, we will refund your payment, minus the non-refundable shipping costs, as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you, and processed it/them back into our warehouse. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation that the return has been completed on our end. You should expect to receive your refund within four (4) weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however in many cases, you may receive your refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5-10 business days). Refunds will be in the form of the original payment, so please note that your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.
